VITI FM

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

This policy explains what the Viti FM Android app does with data. It covers the app only — not the Viti FM radio station's website or its social media pages.

The short version. We don't ask who you are. There is no account, no sign-up, and no login. We don't collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or location. The app streams live radio, shows ads, and collects anonymous crash and usage data to keep improving — that's it.

What the app does not collect

Services the app connects to

To work, the app talks to a few services. Each receives only what is listed here.

ServiceWhat it receivesWhy
Viti FM stream
(Revma / RCS)
Your IP address and device type, as with any website you visit. To deliver the live audio.
Google AdMob Your device's advertising ID, IP address, and general device info. To select and measure ads.
Apple iTunes Search The name of the song currently on air. Nothing about you — no ID, no account. To find cover artwork for the track.
Google Firebase Your IP address when the app fetches its settings. To read the current stream address, so the app keeps working if it changes.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics Anonymous, aggregate app-usage and crash data: which features are used, whether the stream connected, and diagnostic details if the app crashes. A random, resettable app-instance ID — never your name. To fix crashes and understand which features are worth keeping.

Advertising

Ads are served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show relevant ads and to limit how often you see the same ad. This identifier is a resettable number — it is not your name.

You are in control of it:

How Google uses data from apps that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Permissions

Data we store

The app stores a small amount of data on your device, and nowhere else: when an ad was last shown (so it isn't shown too often), and recently seen song titles with their artwork (so it doesn't look them up repeatedly). Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. None of it is sent to us.

Children

Viti FM is a general-audience radio app. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Because we don't collect personal information, there is nothing about you for us to hand over or delete. For the advertising identifier — the only identifier involved — you can reset or delete it at any time in your device settings, as described above. If you are in the EEA/UK or California and have a question about this, contact us and we'll answer.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. Significant changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
